Yolanda Quintana

Yolanda Quintana is a Sr. Human Resources Professional Consultant, PHR, Certified Trainer, MBE Certified with over 18 years’ progressive experience. Establishing power partnerships with resource groups, she’s able to offer a diversity of trusted services to her clients. Her role is truly about educating business owners, CEOs/CFOs, operations and HR managers to manage the risks of running a business and offering solutions to reduce those risks. She brings best practices to her clients by creating a common sense approach specific to their industry and business by listening to her clients’ needs before implementing effective strategies, policies and procedures and training compliant with federal, state and local laws.

In 2007, she successfully launched and currently manages a Human Resources Consulting Practice providing an alternative outsourced support to Business owners, Employment Attorney’s and collaborative business affiliations through retained partnerships and project basis. In 2014 she became a training instructor with both Mt. San Antonio College Workforce Training Center and Chaffey College Workforce Training Institute.

She is a Graduate of University of Irvine, Human Resource Management, Cal State Dominguez Hills, Advanced HR Certification, and an alumnus of Mt. San Antonio College. In addition, she received an Advanced Interactive Instructional Trainer with Cannon E-Institute.

Staying current in HR practices, she attends bi-annual Employment HR Legal updates, participates in educational training updates, member of PIHRA and SHRM, Society of Human Resource Management. She works tirelessly toward professional and personal self-development workshops throughout the year. She is the current VP of Education with Toastmaster International with an Advanced Communication Certification in public speaking and leadership skills.

Yolanda received her Small Business Certification in May, 2013, is the current VP of Education of the Toastmasters International, Advanced Communication Bronze, Ambassador Chair with the Regional Chamber of Commerce San Gabriel Valley, Treasurer with Christian Business Partners Network, past President of the Hispanic Business Association from 2007 to 2008 and was spotlighted as Ambassador of the Year 2008 with the Regional Chamber.

Yolanda on her time off is involved in several non-profits, such as Soroptimist International of Puente Hills Chapter as Secretary Chair and assisted in founding The LADY Group which provides a platform to support women in achieving their dreams through mentorships, workshops and positive social events.
