Course Description: RadTec 10 L - Anatomy & Radiographic Positioning I is a one-unit lab.

Discussion, application, demonstration, role-played and timed simulated evaluation positioning of the chest, upper and lower extremities, shoulder and pelvis girdles, abdomen, and urinary system. Emphasis on associated anatomy, radiation protection, patient communication and effective patient interaction, and radiographic image evaluation.

The lab will include using various approaches including: mini lectures, instructor(s) demonstrations, student demonstrations, multi-media presentations, radiographic images, and dry skeletal parts in order to address students’ diverse learning styles.
