If you have been awarded a Federal Pell Grant, or any other type of aid, please note no additional information is needed to complete your file.
These awards are made based on full-time enrollment (12 units per semester). The disbursement amount is based upon the number of units you are currently registered and attending. If you are not enrolled Full-time at the time of disbursement, your disbursement will be adjusted according to enrollment status at the time of calculation. If you drop units, your disbursement amounts may be affected.
How do you sign up for your disbursement CHOICE?
Chaffey College students will receive their financial aid disbursements via BankMobile disbursement services.

Students must make a selection in order to avoid a delay in their disbursement. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive your financial aid funds based on the method you choose to receive your funds.
Look for your refund selection kit. It will arrive in a bright green envelope that will be mailed to your address listed on the My Chaffey Portal from BankMobile. This packet will include your personal code. Once you have your code, follow these easy steps:
It is critical that all students have a correct mailing address on file with Chaffey College. Please log onto the My Chaffey Portal by clicking My Chaffey to confirm or update your permanent address.
