PTA program applications are accepted February 1 through the last day of February each year for the program beginning in May of the same year.

Application Process & Required Documents

  The PTA Program Evaluation Request Form is available during the annual evaluation period, generally from January through mid-February. Specific dates and deadlines may vary each year.
• PTA Program Application
  Application period: February 1 through the last day of February each year. Specific dates and deadlines may vary from year to year.

 

Selection Process

Students who meet the PTA program eligibility requirements may apply during the designated application period. Eligible applicants will be evaluated using the PTA program's multi-criteria selection process. Applicants are awarded points based on established admissions criteria, and applicants with the highest scores will be selected for admission to the PTA program.

Please use the PTA Program Prerequisites Advising Check Sheet located below and/or meet with a Chaffey College Counselor for more information about prerequisite and eligibility requirements.

After the application period

• Selected applicants will receive information via email regarding the next steps in the admission process, including any required PTA program information session.

• Applicants who are not selected will receive notification via email. Notifications will be sent to the email address provided on the application.

• If you do not receive an admission decision or other application-related communication by the expected notification date, please contact the PTA program at pta@chaffey.edu.
