Items Under Consideration

The items below were presented at President's Cabinet for first reading and information on January 20, 2026. They will remain posted for review by participatory governance groups through Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

• This stage of review is known as the sunshining process, whereby constituents have an opportunity to review policies and procedures that are under consideration by President's Cabinet and provide input.
• The Office of Institutional Research, Policy and Grants will collect and incorporate suggested revisions received during sunshining and return the item to President's Cabinet for consideration and approval.

Send that file as an e-mail attachment to the Executive Director, Institutional Research, Policy and Grants by February 10.
