Chaffey College provides employee training on a range of topics, including ergonomics and bloodborne pathogens, in compliance with applicable occupational health and safety programs, as well as job-specific subjects such as forklift safety and HAZWOPER awareness. These trainings are essential for promoting awareness of workplace safety, employee health responsibilities, regulatory compliance, and accident prevention.

Certain trainings are mandatory based on regulatory requirements or job duties, while others may be assigned periodically in response to updates in policies, procedures, or following workplace incidents.
