Counseling support staff are available to help you schedule an online appointment or answer any questions about counseling services online through the Counseling Support Staff Lobby. Click on the link below to meet with a front desk staff member via chat and/or video.

Hours of Operation
Summer 2026 Support Hours (June 1 – July 31): Please note we will close early at 4:30 p.m. during the weeks of June 15 and June 29
Counseling Service Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a m- 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Remotely)
- Friday: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (June Only – Remotely)
Counseling Front Desk Support Hours
In-Person Services:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Closed Fridays
Virtual Services (ConexED/Cranium Café):
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Closed Fridays
