Research Requests

Welcome to the Institutional Research (IR) Office portal. This page serves as the intake point for all institutional data and research needs, including reports, surveys, and data coaching. To ensure resources are aligned with college priorities, we review all submissions according to our established Prioritization Guidelines.

We Support Requests For:

• Reporting: Accreditation, Board, Federal/State, and Financial Aid.
• Planning & Grants: Strategic Planning, Grant Proposals, and Grant Reporting.
• Data & Analysis: Student Demographics, Outcomes, Program Service Reviews, and General Info.
• Surveys: Institution-wide, One-time, Ongoing, or Pre/Post-event.
• Visuals & Presentations: Infographics, Research Reports, and Workshops.

Please submit requests with an appropriate lead time. Requests should be made at least three weeks in advance of the date needed.
