He is the President & CEO of Welborn Media, a digital marketing and consulting firm that helps organizations grow through strategy, storytelling, and measurable outcomes. He also serves as President & CEO of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, where he leads regional initiatives focused on workforce pipelines, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and public-private collaboration.

Throughout his career, Zeb has worked closely with educational institutions, employers, and public agencies to align talent development with real-world opportunity.
