Mission Statement

The Chaffey College Foundation’s mission is to seek and secure financial support, resources, and partnerships to enhance continuous learning, education, and career opportunities for the students and local communities served by the Chaffey Community College District.

The Chaffey College Foundation, established in 1987 by Chaffey alumni and friends, provides vital assistance that helps students achieve their academic and professional goals. The foundation helps Chaffey College maintain its role as a leader in higher education by raising funds to help students obtain a college education. Funds go to student scholarships and support programs and facility enhancements. The Chaffey College Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, does this work with the involvement of community leaders who volunteer their time.

When you donate to the foundation, you are helping Chaffey College and doing your part to maintain educational excellence in your community. Donors play a part in preserving entire academic and vocational programs. Every dollar donated is used to benefit Chaffey College students. The Chaffey College Foundation independently determines when, where and how the funds are allocated. Whether it is new research equipment, computers or classroom supplies, the foundation carefully analyzes the most urgent needs on campus and then provides the funding for appropriate purchases.

You too can help nurture Chaffey’s rich learning environment by becoming active with the foundation. Share your ideas to support the college and its students or become involved with the foundation’s Board of Directors or on a foundation committee.
