Celebrating two decades of transformational leadership

Dr. Henry Shannon has guided Chaffey College with vision, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to student success. Since stepping into the role of Superintendent/President in 2007, he has shaped not just an institution, but generations of students, faculty, and staff who now carry his legacy forward.
 
As Dr. Shannon prepares to retire, effective December 31, 2026, we invite the Chaffey community to reflect on nearly two decades of transformative leadership — and to celebrate the milestones, memories, and impact he leaves behind. Read about Dr. Henry Shannon’s legacy of transformation.
