Suzanne Taylor is the founder and Executive Director/CEO of Augusta Communities, a nonprofit organization she established in 1998 to expand and preserve high-quality, affordable manufactured housing communities. For more than two decades, she has led the organization with a focus on long-term affordability, thoughtful management, and resident well-being. Under her leadership, Augusta Communities has earned industry-wide respect for its mission-driven work preserving housing opportunities for households of modest means, strengthening manufactured housing communities, and providing asset management services for government-owned communities through careful oversight, regulatory compliance, and long-range planning.
In addition to her work at Augusta Communities, Suzanne serves as President of ACG, where she provides compliance consulting services to the manufactured housing industry. She brings thirty years of experience across the public and private sectors in housing, redevelopment, nonprofit formation, project management, and public outreach. She is widely recognized as a leader in advancing the tax-exempt bond financing model and in expanding nonprofit ownership of manufactured housing communities, helping shape practices that have had a lasting impact across the field.
