Measure L Projects

San Bernardino County voters passed the $230-million general obligation bond Measure L in 2002, allowing Chaffey College to fund projects in the Chaffey College Facilities Master Plan. A citizen’s oversight committee meets each quarter to review the financial status and the construction progress. The facilities master plan consists of new construction, infrastructure repair, renovation and upgrades to existing facilities, and procurement of educational equipment. The capital improvement program has made significant progress. This is a summary of the completed projects and construction in progress.
