Introducing the Common Ground Project (CGP)
March 4, 2026
Dear Campus Community,
We are pleased to introduce the Common Ground Project (CGP) - a new pilot program designed to support our faculty, managers, and classified professionals in navigating workplace conflict situations. CGP is a supportive resource focused on promoting communication and strengthening working relationships to help foster a campus community that thrives.
Through CGP, faculty, managers, and classified professionals have access to:
- Individual conflict consultations
- Facilitated conversations (for pairs or groups)
- Coaching for difficult conversations
- Team support during periods of tension or change
- Training in communication, facilitation, and conflict prevention.
We encourage all faculty, managers, and classified professionals to take advantage of this campus resource as needed. More information is available in the attached brochure.
For questions or additional information, please contact CGP consultants, Bruce Duncan or Vera Dunwoody at cgp.chaffey@gmail.com or 909-300-5244.
Sincerely,
