Canvas Restoration Support

Dear Campus Community:
Now that Canvas is restored, some users may notice temporary issues accessing Canvas
as systems continue to stabilize following restoration.
If you have trouble accessing Canvas:
- Try refreshing the page or signing out and back in
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser/device

While most servers refresh within about 4 hours, some can take up to 48 hours. Please allow additional time as access continues to normalize
The District understands that many instructors and students are still unable to log
in and/or are experiencing difficulties despite Canvas being restored. To offer additional
support, we have extended Chaffey ITS Help Desk hours on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. We are here to help!
