(For use with Groups as Defined Below)

Facility Rental Rates (PDF)

General Conditions:

  1. Minimum rental period: Four (4) hours
  2. Prices quoted are per hour
  3. Additional fees may apply for added services and amenities
  4. $30.00 off hourly rental rate for Friday and Sunday events (excluding courtyard fees)
  5. Set-up & clean-up time is charged at half of the rental rate

Hours Available 

  • Friday: 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Other times available upon request

  • Group 1: Non-profit, 501(c)(3), churches and schools.
  • Group 2: Chaffey College District, resident private parties, and employee organizations. (The Chaffey College District is comprised of the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Fontana, Guasti, Montclair, Mt. Baldy, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga [Alta Loma, Cucamonga, and Etiwanda] and Upland.)
  • Group 3: Non-Chaffey College District private parties and employee associations.
  • Group 4: Commercial, business, and profit making activities.

Audio visual rental is available at $150.00 flat rate or $75.00 per hour (4 hour minimum) if technician is required
Stage rental is available at $75.00 per panel (6 panels max)
