The Admissions and Records Office is located on the first floor of the Marie Kane Center for Administration and Student Services on the Rancho Cucamonga Campus (Building SSA on the campus map).
Types of services we provide include application, registration, high school concurrent enrollment, veteran services, transcripts, enrollment verification, certificates and diplomas, and the collection of fees and distribution of refunds.

ASSESSMENT, ORIENTATION AND COUNSELING
Students are advised to consult with counselors prior to registration. All first-time students to Chaffey College are required to go through the Assessment and Orientation process prior to registration. Assessment, orientation and individual counseling appointments may be made either in person in the Counseling Center or by calling 909/652-6200.
CHAFFEY PHOTO ID CARD POLICY
To obtain a Chaffey Photo ID card, you will need one ot the following forms of identification:
Drivers License
State ID Card
Military ID
Passport
Current high school ID
Other valid ID (subject to approval)
Must be currently enrolled
Note: Photo session is single-take only

TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION It is recommended that all students forward to the Admissions Office official transcripts from the last high school attended. All college transcripts should be forwarded to the Admissions Office if students plan to use credit earned at other colleges to meet graduation requirements, receive benefits from VA, prove completion of prerequisite courses, and/or plan to enter an Allied Health Program.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS -- FIRST CLASS MEETING Students who do not attend the first class meeting of each class in which they are registered may be dropped from the class. It is the responsibility of the student to drop or withdraw from classes in which he/she is enrolled.
