How to Request a moodle Course Shell
Chaffey College offers its instructors the option of using Moodle, e-Res, and/or EduStream enhance their face-to-face courses. Moodle offers instructors interactive communication, assessment, and learning tools in a secure online environment. E-Res works as a document repository. To learn more about e-Res contact the Chaffey College Library. EduStream provides storage space and streaming capabilites for video and graphic files. To learn more about EduStream, contact the Chaffey College Library. All of these systems allow students 24/7 access to your course materials.
If you are insterested in using Moodle to enhance your course, or if you are teaching an online or hybrid course, you will need to request a course site.This process is started by by logging on to ChaffeyView and selecting the Distance Education Moodle Course Request link on the Faculty Information menu. From there, follow the instructions. Faculty members who have not completed the required Moodle training will not be able to continue the process after the first screen.
