3 lecture and 2 directed learning laboratory, or
8 hours directed learning laboratory.
Prerequisite: Completion of the
College Mathematics assessment process, or
equivalent.
Recommended preparation:
Competence in single digit, whole number
operations.
Not Degree Applicable.
For students requiring a
complete study of arithmetic, beginning with
operations of whole numbers. Topics include
operations and applications involving whole
numbers, fractions, decimals, ratio, proportion,
and percent.
