Virtual Tour - Information Research Center

Located in the southwest corner of the Library on the first floor, the Information Research Center has computers with Internet access and the Microsoft Office Suite. Use is limited to current students, staff and faculty and login with Chaffey ID number is required (more information on Computer Use in the Library).

These terminals may be used to access all of the library's electronic resources, including the Catalog, Databases, as well as for word-processing, spreadsheet, and other Microsoft Office applications. There are also three monitors available for viewing videos or DVDs.

The Catalog is used to locate materials that are in the library's collection. This includes books, electronic books, videos, DVDs and magazines. (Note: magazines and journals are listed by title only. To find individual articles, use one of the Databases described below). It can be accessed from the homepage of the Chaffey College Library Website.

The library also has a number of databases that you can use to find articles, statistics, images, and other information that has been gathered from a variety of sources. To access the databases, log in to AGent. Access to library databases is limited to current students, staff and faculty of Chaffey College, and login with college ID and birthdate is required.
