Bibliographic Instruction

Pear Reviews? On-a bridge dictionaries? Biology of Abraham Lincoln? Sexy fenders database?

Are your students a little confused about their research reports? Would you like to see more quality in student reports and assignments and have them contain more academic content? Then consider bringing your class to the library for a bibliographic instruction (BI) class.

These BI classes can be tailored to the specific directions and requirements of your class assignments. They are taught by librarians in the library's Bibliographic Instruction classroom where each student sits at their own computer for hands-on experience after the instruction. Instructors have repeatedly stated that the quality of student papers after a BI class is higher than before a class.

To schedule your BI class, or for more information, please call 652-6808. For a BI session at the Chino, Fontana, or Ontario sites for classes that meet between 8am - 4pm Monday -Thursday, please contact Carol Hutte at 652-6803.
