COLLEGE LIFE

Over 35 student clubs and organizations are open to all registered Chaffey students. These clubs sponsor special activities, fundraising events, community service events and speakers.

There are academically related clubs (e.g. Alpha Gamma Sigma, Arts & Humanities, Club Philosophy, Physics Club, Writing Club, Math Club), culture specific clubs (e.g. International Students Club, Spanish Club, French Club, German Club, Native American Student Association, Model United Nation), Special interest clubs (e.g. Ski & Snowboard, Vocational Nursing Club, Board Riders Club, Broadcasting Club, Ceramics), and religious-studies clubs (e.g. One Over One, Muslim Students Club, Christians in Action).


HOUSING

Chaffey College does not offer on-campus accommodations. However, there are plenty of housing opportunities in the area including private apartments and rooms for rent. The International Student office can provide assistance and advice to help you locate housing; however, we do not secure housing for you. For more information on housing please contact the International Student Office intlstudents@chaffey.edu.

Apartments

Students may find apartments near Chaffey College. Rent charges vary according to location, size of apartment and facilities in the complex. Upon request, we will mail you a list of apartments in the area. You may contact them directly to inquire about availability and current rental charges. We suggest that you do not rent an apartment before you have inspected it yourself.

Rooms for Rent

Information on rooms for rent is posted on the International Student Office Bulletin Board in Wargin Hall, Room 181.
