Application Process

The application process for the CNA/HHA/MSNA is as follows:

1.	Attend a mandatory information session prior to registration
2.	Obtain application packet at the information session
3.	Submit application at the information session
4.	Submit background check to Department of Health Services with return mail receipt
5.	Submit return mail receipt to health science office
6.	Register for class with add slip
7.	Complete all health requirements in packet
8.	Attend orientation meeting
