| Health Science Dental Assisting ![]() Employment Opportunities Chaffey RDA graduates attain an RDA examination passing rate average higher than the state average. They are eligible for employment in dental offices, clinics, and hospitals upon completion of the program. If an Associate in Science degree is earned graduates may become supervising dental assistants in dental colleges, administrative assistants, or instructors in college dental assisting programs with any additional education or experience as required by the position. Other graduates may choose to continue their dental education by transferring to a four-year university to become a dentist or dental hygienist.
