Learn German!
| German language majors may lead to positions in teaching, research, journalism, government, or business. Languages are a valuable asset to scientists, historians, lawyers, sales persons, musicians, travelers — in fact, to almost anyone. Language study affords new perspectives on the world and on one’s mother tongue. It is intriguing to read newspapers, magazines, poems, and stories in German, and even more fascinating to talk with people from, or in, German-speaking regions. |
