class will look at three of the most popular trust and how
they can save you thousands of dollars in legal fees, taxes
and expenses, while protecting your family!
Living Trust—Get the straight story on Today’s most
popular trust arrangement. If you already have one, when
was the last time it was reviewed? Do you know if it will still
work today the way you had intended?
Wealth Replacement Trust—A simple trust that can save
you and your heirs thousands of dollars. Would you like to
establish financial security for your family? This trust can
help!
Special Needs Trust—A trust arrangement designed for
those with special needs who may be receiving government
entitlements such as SSI and Medicare. Proper trust planning
can protect these valuable resources and still allow an
inheritance to benefit a person with a disability.

If you are caring for a person with a disability or other special needs – a spouse, a child, sibling, dependent parent, other relative or friend – this
seminar is for you. You may need to be concerned not only with unique
health issues, but also with long-term financial needs. Careful life care and
financial strategies can make a difference in the quality of life for your
loved one and other family members – including yourself.
Access information and services that can help improve the quality of life
for people with disabilities and other special needs and their families and
caregivers. Be prepared and know that the special needs person you are
caring for will be taken care of long after you are gone.

Forrest F. Wolfe
Forrest, who has earned the designation “Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law” by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, received his JD from University of California, Hastings College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1986. He worked in the Los Angeles tax and personal financial planning practices of two of the world’s largest accounting firms, before joining a Claremont law firm. In 1998, Forrest opened his own law firm in Ontario, and later formed
the Law Offices of Wolfe & Wolfe LLP with his wife, Michelle. Forrest’s practice focuses on Will & Trust preparation & administration, Estate Planning, Probate, Special Needs Planning, & Income, Estate & Gift Taxes.
