Richard Finley
A 25 year veteran of the financial services industry, Mr. Finley has spent the better part of his career promoting the Capital Gains By-Pass trust as a strategy for eliminating taxation on the sale of highly appreciated assets. His goal on these transactions is to create a win-win solution for donors and non-profits alike.

wolfe   Forrest F. Wolfe
Forrest, who has earned the designation “Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law” by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, received his JD from University of California, Hastings College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1986. He worked in the Los Angeles tax and personal financial planning practices of two of the world’s largest accounting firms, before joining a Claremont law firm. In 1998, Forrest opened his own law firm in Ontario, and later formed the Law Offices of Wolfe & Wolfe LLP with his wife, Michelle. Forrest’s practice focuses on Will & Trust preparation & administration, Estate Planning, Probate, Special Needs Planning, & Income, Estate & Gift Taxes.
