Daniel Swift!

 

Chef Daniel Swift is the new head of staff for the culinary arts center. We welcome him into our Chaffey Family!


New Culinary Arts Center!

The Culinary Arts program will be moving to a large state-of-the-art facility at the new Chino campus during the 2008-2009 academic year. Chef Swift is a very knowledgeable instructor who has extensive experience in the culinary field. He teaches a number of courses for individuals interested in a food service career.

New Courses for
Spring 2008!!


A new Paralegal Studies Certificate will be offered this fall. The first course in the series BUSPL 400, Introduction to Paralegal Studies, is available during the day on Mon/Wed 9:30-11:00am and on Tue/Thu from 5:30-7pm.

Administration of Justice is nw offering a new course this fall, AJ 412, Police Report Writing. This course meets the elective requirement for the degree or certificate, and is a must for individuals considering law enforcement as a career.
