Transcripts

There are several ways in which you can order an official transcript from Chaffey College:
Order Official Transcripts Online
 Order online and save time and money!

Current and Former students can now order official transcript via MyChaffeyVIEW.
Cost:   $5 per transcript order
Processing time:   One (1) business day
Option to mail or pick up
Payment Options:   Visa, MasterCard
Free Copies:   Students are eligible to receive two free copies. If you have not yet ordered your two free copies, you will not be charged at the time of your order. Once we have processed your order for two free copies, you will be charged $5 per transcript on all subsequent requests.

After logging in, click on the blue Icon "Current Students" and select the option Order Official Transcripts on the Student Menu.

Note: In order to log into MyChaffeyVIEW, you will need your User Name and Password. If you attended after 1985, click (here) to get login and password information. If you attended prior to 1985, please e-mail us at transcripts@chaffey.edu and include your full name, date of birth, and dates of attendance. Your access to MyChaffeyVIEW will be updated, and you will receive further instructions by e-mail on ordering your transcript online.

Cost:   Regular Service $5 per transcript order
Rush Service $10 per transcript order
Processing time:   Within 7 business days for regular service and 1 business day for rush service (not including holidays or weekends)
Option to mail or pick up
Payment Options:   Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Personal Checks

BEFORE YOU COMPLETE YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM, PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING FACTS: IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST BY MAIL, THE TIME TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR REQUEST IS CONSIDERABLY LONGER, THE COST IS HIGHER, AND YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO RECEIVE YOUR TWO FREE COPIES. FOR A MORE EFFICIENT AND COST-EFFECTIVE SERVICE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SUBMIT YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST ONLINE. Order Form:   Download Order Form. Transcript requests will not be accepted without the order form. Mail completed order form directly to Chaffey College
Cost:   Regular Service $5 per transcript order
Rush Service $10 per transcript order
Processing time:   Regular service is 7 business days, not including mailing time by U.S. Postal Service.
Rush service is 1 business day, not including mailing time by U.S. Postal Service.
Payment Options:   Personal Checks or Money Orders (Do not send cash!)

Note: Student may request transcript be mailed or held for pick up.

Pick up orders are available after 12:00 p.m. on the scheduled day.
