Application Options

The following options are available for applying to Chaffey College:

Register Online

Click on MyChaffeyVIEW for the following services:
  • Register for classes
  • Search for open classes
  • View and print grades
  • View payment history
  • Credit Card Payment
  • Request Parking Permit
  • Print Registration Statement

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

In order to use ChaffeyVIEW online, you will need to have your registration date and your User Name available.

Registration Date: Your registration date is on your registration letter or permit. It is also available on ChaffeyVIEW under "What is My Summer/Fall Registration Date?"

User Name: Your User Name is on your registration letter or permit. It is also available on ChaffeyVIEW under “What’s My User Name”

Registration Steps:
  1. Log onto www.chaffey.edu
  2. Click on MyChaffeyVIEW
  3. Click on Students
  4. Click on Register for Sections
  5. Click on Search and Register for sections or Express Registration
  6. User Name:
    Enter User Name in lower case. Your User Name is the first initial of your first name and first initial of your last name followed by your Student ID number Your User Name Never changes.
    Example: Robert Smith = rs7654321
  7. Password:
    Enter Password: your initial password is your six-digit birth date.
    Example: If your birthdate is on May 30, 1980, enter: 053080
  8. Click once on “Log In” button
    After this initial log in, the message will say “your password has expired”. Then you will be required to enter your user name again and choose a new password (must be 6-9 characters; both letters and numbers).
  9. Click once on “Submit” button
  10. If you need further assistance, click on the “Help” Link.

NOTE: Chaffey CollegeVIEW online registration will be available for new and returning students the same dates as Panther Line Registration—November 26 to January 10.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Select One

1. Credit Card Payment online: Use VISA and MASTER CARD through MyChaffeyVIEW.
2. Credit Card Payment by Fax: Complete the Fax Form in the Schedule of Classes or download the Form from our website at www.chaffey.edu/cashier/faxpayment.pdf and fax it to the number on the Fax Form.
3. Payment by Mail: Make check or money order payable to Chaffey College. Send fee and payment coupon to the college (Chaffey College Cashier's Office, 5885 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737). Write your Student ID number on the check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH!
4. In Person: Pay in person at any of the registration sites.
5. Board of Governor's Fee Waiver (BOGW): Must apply through the Financial Aid Office (909/652-6199) prior to registration.


REGISTRATION STATEMENT

Effective Summer 2006, the Cashier's Office will no longer mail out Registration Statements when fees are paid via the Web. Parking permits will continue to be mailed to the address on record, but Registration Statements will not be included.


SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

The
Schedule of Classes for the Spring Semester will be available on the Chaffey College website after October 29, 2008

Request Enrollment or Degree Verification Online

Click on http://www.studentclearinghouse.org to request degree and enrollment verifications.
