Admissions and Records Office Enrollment Verification Policy Effective November 15, 2004, enrollment verifications for the current semester (requested at Chaffey College Admissions and Records Office) will not be processed until a minimum of five business days after the census date for the current semester. The official census date each semester is available under critical deadline dates in the schedule of classes (normally between pages 1-3 of the schedule). If you need immediate enrollment verification from Chaffey College for health/auto insurance, banks, consumer products companies, etc., please use a copy of the Registration Statement that is provided to each student at the time of payment. You may also go online to MyChaffeyView at www.chaffey.edu/mychaffeyview and print your registration schedule. Please refer to the Schedule of Classes for additional information regarding procedures for enrollment verification requests for prior semesters.
