Six Sigma Certification

Green Belt Training

Objectives:

To equip participants with enhanced problem-solving skills. The Green Belt will successfully deploy Six Sigma techniques to lead small to medium-scale improvement projects within their respective areas. The program follows the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) project model. Participants will learn a comprehensive suite of tools to lead improvement projects in their organization.

Six Sigma DMAIC Concepts
Six Sigma Statistics
Project Selection and strategy
Process Capability
Hypothesis testing
Process Modeling
Six Sigma Control Plans

Who Should Attend?

Front line management and technical staff from manufacturing and distribution companies.
Course Duration:
56 hours (Can be customized for onsite training)


Yellow Belt Certification

Objectives:

To equip participants with the knowledge of Six Sigma basics and the application of basic Six Sigma tools.  Yellow Belt team members form an important part of a Six Sigma deployment.  As Black Belts and Green Belts begin projects, they will need team members.  In this course students are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of various elements of the Six Sigma methodology and be part of a team. Participants who pass the final exam will be awarded the Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification.
