Online Orientation

After you have taken the assessment test, your next step is to complete this online orientation before you can register for classes. The orientation provides you with valuable information on how to successfully enroll at Chaffey College and begin your program of study. This interactive program guides you through a step-by-step process to obtain key information about our college and its programs and services. Information is presented by audio, video, and detailed documents. Links are available to the Chaffey College web site and to other related sites on the World Wide Web.

There is quiz at the end of the orientation, which you must pass with a minimum score of 7 out of 10. The quiz is based on information presented in the orientation.

After completing orientation, you must complete your counseling obligation within six months of your test date. You will develop a Student Educational Plan (SEP) to identify the courses you should take according to your educational goal. You may complete this in one of two ways:

1)	Register for the online course, Guidance 504, Educational Planning. See the Schedule of Classes for registration information.
2)	Schedule an individual appointment with a counselor. Go to the Counseling Office or call 909/652-6200.
