Jeff Harlow Head Coach-
Baseball
Coach Harlow has taken nine consecutive Panther baseball teams to the state
playoffs and captured the Foothill Conference title 4 times. His 2004 team was a super regional finalist losing to
state powerhouse Cypress by one run. He has helped 85 players
earn athletic scholarships and 24 players have signed professional
contracts - 4 of which are playing in the majors. Coach Harlow has had 10 Foothill Conference
Players of the Year and 71 student-athletes named to the All-Foothill Conference team. In nine years as the Panthers Head Coach, Harlow has
been named Coach of the Year in 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2004 and
2005 Harlow was voted the Howard W. Lowder Award, a coach for who
Harlow played for as student athlete at Chaffey College in 1987 and
1989. Coach Harlow has complied a career record at Chaffey of 256-98 (.723 winning percentage) with back to back to back conference
championships in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
In 2006 Harlow had 11 players
earn athletic scholarships and was able recruit a new team for 2007
that went 21-3 to win a second straight conference championship, and
enter the 2007 state playoffs as the #6 seed. In 2008, Harlow again
recruited a strong team that went 30-9 entering the state playoffs
as the #7 seed in the south and producing 9 players that were chosen
for All-Conference honors.
Coach Harlow began his coaching career in 1991 at Chino High School
working for long time Head Coach Bob Sheehan. From 1993-94, he
worked as an associate scout and tyrout camp coordinator for the
Cincinnati Reds. In 1996 he joined the Chaffey College coaching
staff as Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Head
Coach Chuck Deagle before becoming the college's head coach in 2003.
Additionally, Coach Harlow was the Recommending Scout for the
Florida Marlins from 1999-2003.
Coach Harlow resides in Rancho Cucamonga with wife Laura and four
daughters, Madison, Megan, Kamryn and Karsyn who are all active in
youth sports.

Chris Walters Assistant Coach-
Baseball
Chris Walters returns for his fifth season with Chaffey.
Walters previously coached at Cal Baptist University for two years,
following his playing career. While at CBU, he earned his Bachelor’s
(Business Administration) and Master’s (Kinesiology) degrees.
Walters lives in Riverside with his wife, Jenny, and their daughter
Hayley.
Jody Stevens Assistant Coach - Baseball
Coach
Stevens has been coaching since 1999 at Fontana High School and the
Angels Elite Scout Team. A previous student-athlete at Fontana
High from 1991-93 he went on to play at Cerro Coso Community College
and San Diego State University. He coached at Chaffey College
from 2004-06 and was an assistant coach at San Diego State under
Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn from 2007-09 handling bullpen coaching, 3B
coach and camp coordinator.
Travis Kelly Assistant Coach - Baseball
A local product of the first class to go through Los Osos high school. Lettered three years (football & baseball) at Los Osos High School, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Played baseball for Head Coach Bobby Sheridan (02’-06’) receiving a 1st team All-CIF award(2005), 3- 1st team All-Baseline League awards, two 1st team All-Inland Valley awards, and 1st team All-county award (2005). Received a multiple offers out of high school, but accepted a full-scholarship to pitch for the Cal State Fullerton Titans. Played for both George Horton and Dave Serrano in his Titan career (07’,08’,09). In 2007 (freshman), and 2009 (junior) was a apart of both Titan teams to make the College World Series in Omaha, Ne. Finished his playing career at Cal Poly Pomona under Mike Ashman (2010).
Graduated with a degree in Liberal Studies from Cal Poly Pomona in Fall of 2010 and finishing a Special Education Credential at the University of La Verne. Married Morgan Kelly in September 2012, and expecting a daughter in April.
