Scheduling a session
Sessions are available in person or virtually (by phone or Zoom). Please email us at jennifer.henry@chaffey.edu to make an appointment. You can also call (909) 652-6505 to leave a message for an appointment.
If you are calling after business hours, please leave a message at (909) 652-6505. Include the following information:
- Your name
- Student ID number
- Optional: If you would like a call from a staff member, please leave a phone number & your
availability
Cancelling/Rescheduling Your Session
- Please email us at jennifer.henry@chaffey.edu at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Running Late: Please contact us if you are running late for your appointment. You will be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late, but it is always best to contact your provider to let them know.
