Are Mental Health Resources Free? 
Mental health resources are made possible through the student health fee. To receive services, you must be a Chaffey College student enrolled in the current semester.


What services do you provide?
We offer a variety of support services:

  • Individual and group therapy (A Window Between Worlds, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Seeking Safety)
  • Psychoeducational workshops (CCSJ DEI Workshops, Men’s Mental Health Matters, Health/Wellness/Vitality for Athletes, etc.)
  • Assistance with navigating anxiety, depression, and/or trauma
  • A safe space by listening reflectively, providing empathy and unconditional positive regard

 

What is your availability? 
Availability may vary depending on case loads and scheduling with specific team members. Typically, you can expect to wait 1 week for a meeting for non-emergency situations.

Sessions take place between 8 am and 4 pm.

Alternatively, you have the option to drop in for a (15-20 minute) same day walk-in consultation. Walk-ins are available on Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Locations are in Administration Building AD-107 & 108 & Library LI-7C

Do you do psychological evaluations? 

We do not conduct any psychological evaluations. However, we can make a referral to an outside agency.
