Thank you for your interest in doing business with Chaffey Community College District.

CONSULTANT SELECTION: The District selects all consultants for professional services of private architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, or construction project management firms on the basis of demonstrated competence and on the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required in accordance with California Government Code Section 4526.

The Chaffey Community College Purchasing Services department manages the Consultant and Design Professional contracting process established by the California Government Code and the District.

CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITIES:  Services requested on an as-needed basis include architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, construction management services and other facility-related services.

CONSULTANT SUBMITTALS: To be considered for services listed in the subject Annual Announcement, please complete a Consultant Profile Form.  
Please have the following items ready, as they will be required to complete the Consultant Profile Form:

  1. Letter of Interest (Cover Letter)
  2. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and relevant performance data
  3. List of References

The requested information is required to properly store your information in the database maintained and updated by the department for quick and easy access if and when the service(s) you provide are needed.

Submittals may be received throughout the year - there is no deadline.

As consultant contracting opportunities for facility-related services arise, we will screen respondent firms according to the project’s technical requirements and the qualifications presented in your Letter of Interest submittal and contact you with further details.
