Art Committee
Purpose: Evaluate and assist the college in locating art works throughout the various college campuses.
Scope: The committee is an advisory body with two primary functions: 1) evaluation of current art on campus to determine if it is appropriate and appropriately located, 2) assist the college in acquiring new art.
Reports to: Superintendent/President
Terms of office: Two years

Meeting day and time: The committee meets from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. the second Saturday of the month in BEB (Berz Excellence Building) Meeting Room 204.
Comments: Mission is to enhance learning and environmental aesthetics by advancing the presence of public art on the Chaffey College campuses. The mission is guided by the principle that public art contributes to the college's educational mission, enlivens and distinguishes the campus environment and is a source of pleasure and inspiration to students and the community.
