Professor of ESL Language Curriculum – responsible for helping students know, understand and apply standards-based practices to plan instruction in a supportive learning environment; serve as effective English language models in multilevel classrooms with diverse learners; explore a range of resources and technologies.

Calvin Walker Community Building                                                                                              
As the CEO of this nonprofit organization, Calvin Bonds has written and designed training curricula for Operation Hope’s Global Entrepreneurship Initiative, which is now being taught across the county (http://www.operationhope.org). Mr. Bonds wrote and designed curricula for E-trade in their efforts to educate the community on investments and bonds, and has also trained LAUSD teachers on Common Core Standards, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership.

Calvin wrote and designed after school programs for high school students in College Alliance Programs within the Los Angeles Unified School District, and has trained Upward Bound Students in different communities on the importance of incorporating creativity and innovation through technology as a motivation for being “college bound.”

As a change agent through leadership training and development, Calvin is making a difference to both foreign and domestic organizations within his grasp.
