SMALL BUSINESS SUMMIT OFFERS TOOLS TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS

(Chino, CA) The Chaffey College Economic Development Department is co-sponsoring a small business summit entitled “Growth Strategies That Work” on Tuesday, December 9, from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center. The event is for local small businesses and provides information and resources to grow and expand their business.

“Growth Strategies That Work” allows small business owners, managers, and staff to explore successful business practices and add strategies to their toolkits. Participants are invited to grow, manage, or start their business through exciting session topics including: Growing Your Business with Low-to-No Cost Resources; Small Business Lending; Hot Topics in Human Resources for 2015; and Social Media Marketing for Small Businesses.

The event also includes a resource expo enabling attendees the opportunity to learn about and connect with local businesses resources. Participants are also encouraged to network with other local business owners and public organizations to market their services and discuss successful practices.

“Growth Strategies That Work/Small Business Summit” is free of cost to participants; light breakfast and lunch are included. This summit will be held at the Chaffey College Chino Community Center, 5890 College Park Avenue in Chino. Registration is required for this event; please register online at smallbusinesssummit-chaffey.eventbrite.com. This event is co-sponsored through a partnership between Chaffey College Department of Economic Development, the City of Chino, Small Business Development Center, Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, and US Bank.
