Radiologic Technology
The mission of the Radiologic Technology program is to meet the needs of the community by providing a career education for individuals from a diverse community. The Radiologic Technology program further prepares students to provide quality patient care and safety with professionalism to become Registered/Certified Radiologic Technologists. We believe that this is done through exercises in critical thinking, varied clinical experience, the encouragement of universally responsible behavior, and foundations in guiding radiologic principles.

RadTec Application Workshops
Topics include: RadTec pre-requisite requirements, review of the RadTec point screening and selection process, preparation of required application documents, application instructions, frequently asked questions, and much more! There will be an opportunity for questions during our Q&A towards the end of the session.

Public Notification of Accreditation
Chaffey's radiological technology program is accredited by the state of California, Radiologic Health Branch, (RHB) and nationally by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT). Students in pursuit of a bachelor of science degree in this field have the opportunity to continue their studies at California State University, Northridge, and Loma Linda University where the radiologic technology programs articulate with Chaffey's.
Before you can take the national certification exam in this field you must earn the associate in science degree. Upon satisfactory completion of the associate degree requirements and the classroom and clinical education, you are then eligible to apply for the following:
