The Office of Professional Development has several opportunities available for staff development. The Classified Professionals Advisory Committee (CPAC) was formed in 2011 as a subcommittee of Professional Development. The committee meets semi-monthly to discuss professional development opportunities, specifically for Chaffey College staff. The mission of the Classified Professionals Advisory Committee is to identify needs and to recommend opportunities that improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of classified professionals that meaningfully improve institutional effectiveness and student learning.
CPAC constantly reviews needs assessment results and other data to determine staff training needs. Please contact any member of CPAC with comments or recommendations.
We are continuously searching for ways to improve the Staff Development web page. We appreciate any comments, suggestions and/or ideas regarding what you want or need to know about staff development. You can access the online form by clicking here.
