The purpose of Professional Development is to provide opportunities for improvement for Faculty and Staff that enhance student learning and student success. The intent is to improve the overall effectiveness of the institution by providing professional development opportunities that encourage innovation, stimulate continued professional growth, and enhance the learning and working environment of Chaffey College. This will be accomplished by providing ongoing opportunities to improve the knowledge, skills, and well being of all employees of the district.

Flex Workshop Registration
IMPORTANT: THIS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FORM SERVES AS THE OFFICIAL RECORD OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN FLEX ACTIVITIES. To receive flex credit for each activity in which you present or participate, you must complete this form. To receive professional development flex credit, an evaluation must be completed for each individual professional development activity in which you present or participate (e.g., if you participated in four professional development activities, you must evaluate all four activities). As per article 17.4(f) of the CCFA Agreement, all faculty must complete and submit this form no later than five (5) service days for full-time faculty and no later than seven (7) service days for part-time faculty from the last flex date in the fall and spring terms.
