First Reading/Sunshining -- Items will be posted and sunshined for input from March 7 through April 11
Due to the quantity and nature of the items being submitted for constituent input, the current sunshine period is being lengthened to provide additional review time. Recommendations will be provided to President’s Cabinet at the April 16 meeting.

The items listed under “First Reading/Sunshining” include policies and procedures that have been held over from the last sunshine period as requested by Faculty Senate and CCFA, as well as new items. Held over items are shown in bold formatting. New items were reviewed by administrators, and are being posted for first reading and input.

Change in review sequence - BP/AP 3420
BP/AP 3420 Equal Opportunity Employment are “10+2” items. Normally, these would be presented to Faculty Senate for review prior to beginning Cabinet-level shared governance review. However, it is recommended that these go directly to Cabinet at this time to allow for expedient and concurrent review of all related BP/APs (3410, 3420, 3430, 3435).
