You need to be in an area with good GPS coverage. Best results occur outside, away from buildings or trees.
The permissions for the MOX app need to be set to allow MOX access to Location Data. By default, the application's permissions are set to prompt the user anytime the application tries to obtain a GPS location. To fix, the user can edit the permissions to always allow by accessing on their device Options ‐‐> Applications ‐‐> PoweredByDub ‐‐> Edit Permissions ‐‐> Connections ‐‐> Location Data. Set the "Location Data" value to "Allow".
MOX uses "Blackberry Maps" APIs and without them, the Maps functionality will not work.
If you are using Chaffey College's wireless network to access the app, you will be required to provide your My ChaffeyVIEW Login ID (first initial of first and last name +7‐digit ID number), and password (your birthdate in the MMDDYY format) first through your web browser to log in wirelessly.
