Apply to Chaffey College by completing the Admission Application Form and submitting it to the office of Admissions And Records, located in the Administration Building.

Apply for the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver in the Financial Aid Office, located in Campus Center West.

Complete the EOPS Application, and sign it; answering all the questions, including the CARE questions.

Take the Chaffey College Assessment Test, and having results on hand to submit with your completed EOPS Application.

Obtain official Transcripts from all Colleges and Universities you have attended, and submit copies with your EOPS Application.

Obtain copy of High School Transcript, and submit with your completed EOPS Application.
