Apply to Chaffey College online at www.chaffey.edu/admissions

Apply for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov and qualify for a BOGW (Fee Waiver). If you need further assistance, please contact the Financial Aid office.

Complete the EOPS Application (download), and sign it; answering all the questions, including the CARE questions.

Take the Chaffey College Assessment Test, and having results on hand to submit with your completed EOPS Application.

Obtain official Transcripts from all Colleges and Universities you have attended, and submit them with your EOPS Application.

Obtain copy of High School Transcript, and submit with your completed EOPS Application.
