The Leadership Connection is the premier leadership program
in the Inland Empire West, seeking to develop
community leaders and enhance individual leadership skills. The program uses recognized leaders to instruct
participants concerning key issues in the region.
THE LEADERSHIP CONNECTION HISTORY
The Leadership Connection (TLC) was conceptualized by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce through creation of GOLD (Greater Ontario Leadership Development Program) in 1985.

The Leadership Connection in partnership with the Chaffey College Business and Professional Development Institute, presents a nine-week series of educational workshops. The Program kicks-off with a weekend retreat, followed by a series of classes that include dinner, field trips, and educational materials.
