A refund may be obtained up to five working days prior to the program start date. The College does not offer refunds due to failure to attend. Refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee per person, per term. 100% of the collected fees will be refunded if a program is cancelled by Community Education. Refunds may require up to fourteen (14) business days. Chaffey College reserves the right to add or cancel programs, make adjustments in the scheduled days, hours, room assignments, fees or presenters of any program.
**High School Summer School programs are non-refundable and the above referenced refund window does not apply. In the event that a program is cancelled by Community Education, 100% of the collected fees will be refunded.
Registered students will receive notification upon cancellation of a program no later than two business days prior to the start date. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that their contact information on file is accurate. To update your address, email, and/or telephone number, please login to your My ChaffeyVIEW account and select Address Change from the menu options.
Do you need documentation of your participation in a Community Education program? As of Winter/Spring 2013, students may submit a request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org? A form will then be mailed to the student's address on file. To update your address, email, and/or telephone number, please log in to your My ChaffeyVIEW account and select "Address Change" from the menu options. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing.
