Slaughterhouse-Five
by

Kurt Vonnegut

Billy Pilgrim, whose studies in optometry are disupted when he joins the army to fight in World War II, becomes unstruck in time.  Throughout this black comedy, Billy travels back and forth among past, present, and future, reliving events from his childhood, surrendering during the Battle of the Bulge, and living in a zoo on the planet Tralfamadore.

The "Official" Vonnegut web site is mostly  a sales site; from here you can order Vonnegut's  books, drawings, etc. Contains extremely limited
information.

Marek Vit's page is an interesting collection of  material from student papers to photos.  Not always a reliable source of information, but worth surfing
nonetheless.
