Linda Howdyshell, Ph.D. Chief Administrative Officer / Vice President
As the Chief Administrative Officer/Vice President of the Chino Campus, Dr. Howdyshell will provide leadership and general supervision of the Chino Campus including the Main Instructional Building, Chino Education Center, and Robert Pile Chino Information Technology Center. Dr. Howdyshell will direct the instructional programs and student services on the campus while building relationships with community leaders.
Dr. Howdyshell served as the Vice President of Instruction at Chaffey College where she was responsible for the direction and evaluation of the college's educational programs and services. Previously, she served as Dean of Instruction for Riverside Community College, Norco Campus, Riverside, California, a position held since 1999.
Dr. Howdyshell received her Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University. She earned her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Central Michigan University.
Teresa Hull, Ed.D. Dean
Dr. Teresa Hull is the dean of the Chino Campus. In this position, Dr. Hull will be responsible for direction and supervision of academic programs on the Chino Campus. Through her leadership she will oversee the instruction component, student services, and program development.
While at Chaffey College, Dr. Hull has been the Assistant Dean of Off-Campus Sites - Fontana and Ontario. She is a member of the Association of California Community College Administrators, National Council of Instructional Administrators, and the Pacific Rose Society.
Dr. Teresa Hull earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Santa Clara, a Master's degree from Indiana State University and a Doctorate degree from the University of La Verne. She has worked at numerous private and state universities in the following roles: Regional Associate Dean; Liberal Arts Coordinator; General Education Program Director, and Director of Career Development. Additionally she has taught Management and General Education classes.
