REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT

Parents interested in enrolling their child/ren may pick up an application form from the Child Development Center of download the form with the link on this web page.

Priority for subsidized child care services is given according to the regulations of the State Department of Education.

A waiting list is maintained when space is inadequate to meet the requests for childcare. The enrollment process is ongoing and continues throughout the semester!

Prior to enrollment, parents are required to submit all required paperwork and attend three (3) mandatory orientation meetings:

1)  Administrative Orientation
2)  Child's Developmental Interview
3)  Classroom Orientation

Applications for child care services are accepted throughout the semester and must be updated every year in July.

Applications for subsidized child care services will not be accepted without documentation of monthly family income.

The Chaffey College Child Development Center is located on the corner of Haven Avenue and Wilson Street at the northwest corner of the Rancho Cucamonga campus.
